The branding of TPI (Travel Plaza International), a receptive business model and company of JTB Americas was established to offer quality products, services, and local operation to service B2B wholesalers in world markets. As of 2014, TPI Group services 3 key destinations under regional brands of TPI America (US Mainland), TPI Canada (Canada), and TPI Hawaii (Hawaii). The Group physically operates in 22 cities to ensure quality customer service and care to support clients and their customers to experience perfect moments in Destination North America.
